After a twelve-hour shift, your housing should be the easy part.
You finish a long shift with your mind still running through the day, and the last thing you should have to think about is whether the internet works or where the towels ended up. A hotel isn't a home. A bare apartment you have to furnish yourself isn't either — not when you're already running on empty.
We set up homes for medical professionals so that the place you come back to is genuinely ready, genuinely quiet, and genuinely yours for the length of your assignment.
Walk in, and it's done.
No trip to furnish an empty unit. No week waiting on internet. Our homes come furnished and move-in ready, with a full kitchen, internet reliable enough for charting and telehealth, in-unit laundry, comfortable bedding, and a workspace for when you need one. What's included can vary by home — we'll tell you exactly what's in the one we match you to before you commit.
A private home, not an apartment next to a leasing office.
Most furnished options near the campus are units in large apartment buildings. Ours are managed homes — houses and townhomes with real separation, quiet, and privacy, so the rest you get between shifts is actual rest. And because each home is managed rather than run from a front desk, you have a real local contact who answers if something comes up, not a ticket number.
Contracts end. Rotations shift. We plan for that.
Travel assignments run thirteen weeks. Rotations move. Relocations slip by a few weeks. We set terms around how medical work actually runs — stay for a single contract or extend across several, move in on your start date, and adjust if the assignment changes. Tell us the dates you know, and we'll work with the ones you don't yet.
Close to where your shift is.
Our homes sit near the Texas Medical Center and the hospitals around it — MD Anderson, Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, Texas Children's, and Ben Taub. A short commute after a long shift isn't a small thing. It's the difference between getting home to rest and spending another hour on the road before you can.
The people the Medical Center brings to Houston.
Travel nurses on back-to-back contracts. Residents and fellows landing in a new city for a rotation. Physicians relocating their lives to Houston. Allied-health and traveling clinicians on temporary assignment. What they share is simple: no time for a complicated housing setup, and a real need for somewhere that feels like home while they're here.
One rate, everything included.
One monthly rate covers it — utilities, internet, all of it — so there's no second invoice with surprises on it. The rate depends on the home and how long you stay; tell us your dates and we'll give you a specific number for what's available.
Tell us about your assignment.
Share a few details and we'll come back to you quickly — usually within one business day.
