Not every property Virestia manages carries the Signature mark. The ones that do have been held to a higher standard before a guest ever sees the listing.
What it takes to carry the mark
Inspected before it's listed
A property doesn't enter the Signature tier on the strength of photos. It's walked and inspected against the same standard Virestia uses for its own asset-protection work — condition, cleanliness, and whether what's on the listing is actually what's in the property.
Held to the same standard on an ongoing basis
Signature properties stay in rotation for the same preventative maintenance and pre-/post-stay inspection process Virestia runs on every managed property — not a one-time check before launch.
Guest services included
Every Signature stay includes Virestia's standard guest vetting and concierge support — identity verification and a security deposit before check-in, and a direct line to the on-site team during the stay, not a call center.
Accurate, or it doesn't carry the mark
What's listed is what's there — bed count, amenities, distances. If a property's listing doesn't hold up to that, it doesn't carry Virestia Signature, regardless of how the property otherwise performs.
